Lost Angels

The Lost Angels mural depicts angels surrounded by foliage adjacent to the 7th Street bridge. This mural is supposed to represent the growth and health of the Arts District neighborhood juxtaposed with the disperse and sorrow of neighboring Skid Row. In the mural foliage is breaking through the concreate urban environment representing the growth and blooming of the Arts District. Also in the mural are two lost angels. The angels, representing the City of Los Angeles, depicts how the City has lost its way and has allowed thousands of people to suffer and die our streets. This scene is taking place along seven street, near the 7th Street bridge.
